Here’s a roundup of all our recipes this year for our first ever Vegan Thanksgiving! We have tested out all the recipes to be ready before the day of.. here’s what made the cut!
Entree
- Stuffed Turky, wrapped in a puff pastry lattice
- This one was a SHOW STOPPER! Absolutely worth the effort!
- Great to impress family and friends with something so decadent it’s hard to believe it’s vegan!
We added vegan marshmallows near the end of cooking time, and set the oven to broil.

- Goal with a modified recipe is to see if we can make the tofu meatier, yet have the consistency of ham. We’ll be following these instructions, with some modifications and giving a step by step:
